Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Modality Circumcision Services

1) Appointment & Cancellations

Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrivals may result in forfeiting of your appointment. Modality Circumcision Service will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, from time to time this may not happen due to constraints beyond our control and we, therefore, reserve the right to cancel or postpone your appointment at a short notice.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 3 working days’ notice. Failure to give this notice will result in you being charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the deposit made at the time of booking.

For cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please call the booking line and speak to a Modality Circumcision Service team member. If lines are busy, please leave a message or alternatively send us an e-mail and one of the team members will call you back.

Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment.

2) Credit Card Details, Payments and Deposits

A deposit is due by cash or will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, to secure the appointment.

  • The deposit will go towards the cost of the procedure on the day of your appointment.
  • All outstanding costs must be paid for in full, on arrival at the clinic, before the procedure commences.

3) Suitability

We will always assess the patient and decide if there are any contraindications and whether the procedure can go ahead. If the procedure is cancelled by the doctor, due to a contraindication, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, which is equivalent to the deposit paid at the time of booking.

4) Refusal to Carry out the Procedure

We have the right to refuse to carry out the procedure without reservation. If you do not advise us of any medical conditions that may hinder the patient from having the procedure, we reserve the right to refuse to carry it out and charge you fully for the cancellation.

5) Liability

Modality Circumcision Service will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client.

Modality Circumcision Service will not be liable for any damage including personal injury sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose relevant medical history.

6) Special Offers / Vouchers

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer – discounts only apply against the recommended retail price (RRP). When a booking is made with a voucher, the voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to turn up to your appointment will result in forfeiting your voucher. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your voucher booking. Management decisions are final and are not open for discussion.

7) Receiving Emails / Letters from Third Party Businesses

Modality Circumcision Service and their associated organizations have the right to charge a fee which will be decided on each case to respond to any letters or emails or provide documentation requested by third parties, such as solicitors, image agencies, government bodies, and so on. If you do decide to make the first contact, you or the company you represent agree to these terms and conditions and accept the charges we invoice to you or the company that is acting on your behalf including but not limited to solicitors.

8) Deposits

100% fee will be charged in the event of a no-show. Deposits are non-refundable unless the patient becomes acutely unwell and is able to produce a letter from their doctor to confirm the illness. In the event of re-scheduling for non-medical reasons or cancelling the appointment, 3 working days’  notice is required, or otherwise the deposit will be non-refundable.

9) Form Submissions

After enquiring using a form on the site, your details will be stored in our secure database. You may receive occasional news and offers from Modality Circumcision Service, which you can opt-out of at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. Modality Circumcision Service will never give your details to third parties.
